The Village at Swift Creek- Bruce E. Toll Investment Co.- Managed the engineering design and construction layout of a 185 acre development of commercial tenants such as Kroger, Topeka's, Red Lobster, American Family Fitness, Starbucks, TGI Friday's, Panera, and Cracker Barrel.

License No. 1892 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS Main Street Station- City of Richmond, VA- Directed topographic and boundary surveying for the City of Richmond to prepare for a major restoration of the downtown train station. Richmond Floodwall Project- City of Richmond, VA- Managed the preparation of land acquisition plats, construction stake-out, and survey monitoring for the floodwall built along the James River. Interstate Route 64- Virginia Department of Transportation- Served as Project Surveyor on this 30 mile mapping project for the proposed widening of the interstate highway. This intensive project included boundary surveys of 360 parcels adjoining the roadway and the locating of all improvements within 300 feet of either side of the route.

Met Federal GSA requirements for government building related activities. Overlook Apartment Complex- Served as Project Manager for the site work on the Henrico County site. A 15 acre apartment complex site with 32 building pads with special consideration needed for major wetland issues. Commonwealth Conference Center & Resort- Served as consultant to BEERS Construction Company, Inc. for the completion of the site work on this large and expensive high-profile project. Provided critical research and documentation for litigation purposes; handled negotiations for changed conditions and change orders for this $11 million dollar project.
